Replying to Applicant Letter: Test Results

Dear Candidate,

Thank you for your inquiry.

We are well aware the whole testing process is quite overwhelming. We have a rigorous interview and training process in place to test your physical and mental capacity. We want to make sure that you're a suitable candidate and that you're going to be valuable contributor to the rest of the team.

As you know, the qualifying median grade varies per year, applicants who meet the qualifying score criteria are eligible to enter other programs within the institution.

Please visit our website by the end of the month for the complete list of qualifiers.

Thank you,
Linda

None of my Business Letter

Dear Sully,

I really find this whole issue absurd. I hope you could put it behind you or give her sometime to clear her head. But that's none of my business. I don't blame her if she wants to quit. Some people are not suited to conditions like these.

Well, good luck on this!

John Carr

Resolving Conflict Between Friends Letter

Dear Gigi,

I would like to share a special quote with you today from Solomon Simon, that has inspired me greatly.

"There's a story behind every person. There's a reason why they're the way they are. Everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something, and has lost something. You should never go into relationship thinking you can change the other person, you can't change someone unless they want to change. People don't change, they just become a clearer version of who they really are. If you truly want to be with someone, see them for their heart and not their past."

I hope you can look beyond your differences and patch things up with Stella.

Thanks,
Maude

Employee Review Letter

Dear Supervisor,

My employee review is coming up.
Perhaps this is a good time to talk about
the results of that last training exam, and
more so, anything I could improve on?

I'm making a conscious effort to meet my productivity goals
before the month ends.

Hope we could set a time for a meeting

Thanks,
Roger

Resolving Friendship Conflict Letter

Dear Poppy,

What Helen told you today, she meant it without malice.

She confided in me her issues with you and I told her just to be straight up honest with you
since you're both adults anyway and can deal with these things without resorting to violence. Well, we're no longer a bunch of kids at the playground anyway.

What I'm saying is - you're both my good friends and if you have problems, I hope we can just keep it between ourselves and not escalate it further. Getting other people involved is not the answer. Talking it out is.

So how are you taking it? Talk to me ayt?

Jay

Not Feeling Well Letter

Dear Clara,

I have been under the weather lately.

To be honest, I haven't been sleeping very well which is really affecting my work performance, giving me brain fog and the cramps. I would very much like to be with you today at your event, but really I am not feeling well. My body is really telling me to get some rest. I hope you understand, I'm taking a rain check on this one.

Call me and let me know how it goes.

Cheers,
Rudy

Telling a Friend They Need Help

Dear Lana,

You're a workaholic. And a sensitive one to boot, there's no way to get around this without you feeling butt hurt. Someone needs to say this outright. You have no time for anyone. You have no time even for yourself - why not see friends and family outside of work?

This is me, with the best of intentions and just looking after you. Well, your mother called and asked me to look after you. She told me what's up and up. And I'm concerned as well. If you need anyone to talk to, coffee and cigs on me.

Love,
Marge
