Resignation Letter #4

A courteous resignation letter that doesn't burn the bridge with the old company or boss.

Dear [Name],

It has been a genuine pleasure working for [Company Name] during these past number of years. The work has been challenging and productive, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working at [location or department] of the company. I will truly miss my colleagues here.

In line with this, I have created a technical documentation and/or guidelines for my replacement, it should help any new employee in his or her transition.

Thank you again for allowing me to serve [Company Name] and for providing me with this opportunity. I wish [Company Name] continued success in the industry.

Sincerely,
Letterbarn
